How to request data deletion
At PrintzAI, we believe you should always have control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you follow these steps:
- Log in to your PrintzAI account.
- Navigate to your Settings dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click the Delete Account button and confirm your choice.
Alternative Method (Email)
If you are unable to access your account or would prefer us to manually process the deletion, you can email our support team directly:
- Send an email to: cornelius@freshprintzautomations.co.uk
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Please include the email address associated with your PrintzAI account.
We will process all manual deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
What data is deleted?
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your user profile and authentication credentials.
- All configured AI Agent settings, workflows, and memory.
- All conversation transcripts and chat histories.
- Any integrated platform connection tokens (e.g., Facebook, Slack).
Note: Basic billing records may be retained slightly longer solely to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
