Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PrintzAI, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PrintzAI provides AI-powered tools and automation capabilities. You may use the service for lawful business and personal automation purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use PrintzAI to generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal content
• Automate spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying AI models or platform
• Use the platform to violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or sublicense access to PrintzAI without prior written consent

PrintzAI is intended for users aged 16 and over. By signing up, you confirm you meet this age requirement. In some EU member states the minimum age for data processing consent may be higher; users in those jurisdictions must be at least 16.

PrintzAI uses large language models to generate responses and automate tasks. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it.

Fresh Printz Automations Ltd expressly disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, including but not limited to errors in financial advice, legal guidance, medical information, or automated communications sent on your behalf.

PrintzAI allows you to connect third-party services (including Google Workspace, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, GitHub, Slack, and GoHighLevel) and authorise your AI agents to take actions within those services on your behalf.

By connecting an integration and enabling agents to use it, you:

• Authorise PrintzAI to access and act on the connected service using the OAuth permissions you granted
• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all actions taken by your agents, including emails sent, posts published, files created, calendar events booked, or any other automated actions
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected third-party platform (Google, Meta, GitHub, Slack, etc.)
• Agree not to use agent automation to spam, send unsolicited messages, circumvent platform policies, or violate any third-party terms
• Understand that you can revoke any integration at any time from Settings → Apps, which immediately removes PrintzAI's access to that service

Fresh Printz Automations Ltd is not responsible for any consequences arising from automated actions performed by your agents on connected third-party services, including account suspensions, data loss, or policy violations on those platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at cornelius@freshprintzautomations.co.uk of any unauthorised use.

PrintzAI operates on a credit-based system:

• Subscription credits are granted monthly and reset each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
• One-off credit packs never expire and are added to your balance permanently.
• Subscription plans renew automatically on your billing date unless cancelled before renewal.
• All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
• Credits consumed are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access and your subscription credits until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Due to the nature of digital credits and AI compute, we generally do not offer refunds on credit purchases or subscription payments once processed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for billing errors. To request a review, contact cornelius@freshprintzautomations.co.uk within 7 days of the charge.

PrintzAI includes an optional voice input feature powered by the browser's built-in Web Speech API. By using voice input, you grant your browser permission to access your device's microphone. Audio is processed locally on your device and is not recorded, transmitted to, or stored by PrintzAI servers. You may revoke microphone permissions at any time in your browser settings.

All branding, technology, and original content within PrintzAI is the intellectual property of Fresh Printz Automations Ltd. Content you generate using PrintzAI remains yours, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Printz Automations Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We will send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts) as part of providing the service. Marketing and promotional emails are sent only to users who explicitly opted in at signup. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
