PrintzAI is operated by Fresh Printz Automations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 163604320, incorporated 02/04/2025). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

PrintzAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google account to PrintzAI, we request access to the following Google services on your behalf:

• Gmail — to send emails, read your inbox, reply to threads, and manage labels. Used only when you or your AI agent explicitly performs an email action.
• Google Calendar — to create, read, update, and delete calendar events. Used only when you or your AI agent performs a scheduling action.
• Google Drive — to list, read, create, and organise files and folders. Used only when you or your AI agent performs a file management action.
• Google Docs & Sheets — to create and edit documents and spreadsheets on your behalf.
• Google Contacts — to read and create contacts in your address book. Used only when explicitly requested.
• YouTube — to read your channel statistics, list videos, update video metadata, and view analytics. Used only when you or your AI agent performs a YouTube management action.
• Google Analytics — to read website analytics data. Used only when explicitly requested by you or your agent.
• Google Meet — to create and read meeting spaces on your behalf.

We do not: use Google user data to serve advertising, share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service, use Google user data for any purpose other than the actions you explicitly request, or allow humans to read your Google data except with your consent or as required by law.

Your Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database and used solely to execute actions on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Permissions or from Settings → Apps within PrintzAI.

Account data: Your email address, name, and password (stored encrypted by Supabase).

Usage data: AI conversation history, agent configurations, credit transactions, and usage logs.

Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe Customer ID — no card numbers are stored by us.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and service reliability.

Voice input: If you use the voice input feature, speech is processed locally by your browser's Web Speech API. No audio is transmitted to or stored by PrintzAI servers.

Voluntary surveys: If you complete the optional PrintzAI survey at /survey, we store your answers, any optional email you provide, consent flags, and a privacy-notice version for our records. Lawful basis: consent (withdrawable at any time by contacting us).

• Contract performance — processing necessary to deliver the service you subscribed to
• Legitimate interests — security monitoring, fraud prevention, service improvement
• Consent — marketing emails (you can opt out at any time); optional product surveys and email follow-up where you tick the relevant consent boxes
• Legal obligation — compliance with UK law and tax requirements

• To provide, maintain, and improve PrintzAI
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• To send marketing updates only if you opted in at signup
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• All personal data (messages, agents, memories, credits) is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with UK tax law
• Anonymised aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

We use essential cookies only:

• sb-*-auth-token — Supabase authentication session
• printzai_cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference

PrintzAI integrates with the following third-party services. Each integration is optional and only activated when you explicitly connect it from Settings → Apps.

• Slack — to send messages, read channels, and manage your Slack workspace on your behalf · Privacy Policy

Integration OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database and used solely to execute actions you explicitly request. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Apps, which immediately removes our access.

As a UK or EU resident you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — delete your account and all data via Settings → Danger Zone, or by emailing us
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Object — opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise these rights, email support@printzai.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.

Your data is processed within the UK and EU. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to OpenRouter's US infrastructure), it is protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We will notify you of material changes by email or via a banner on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
